CoreStream’s Incident Management software is an Incident Management Solution for centralising the recording, resolution and reporting of incidents / problems across your organisation, or within a specific division or department.

The highly configurable nature of our incident management software lends itself to any form of incident reporting, including Health and Safety incidents, supplier incidents, employee or stakeholder misconduct, quality deficiencies, information security incidents and supply chain non-conformity.

The Incident Management software supports end-to-end incident / problem management from initial capture through to closure via a configurable set of review and remedial action stages, according to the type and severity of incident raised. A user-specific dashboard displays relevant incidents and key information such as status, assigned owners and severity ratings.
