Meet The Team

Established in 2006, CoreStream provides organisations with the technology and support to help them manage risk and compliance more efficiently and effectively.  Initially founded as a consultancy, CoreStream quickly identified the need for a solution that better addressed the needs and challenges their customers were facing. The result is a highly intuitive and flexible platform that allows companies to better manage their risk and compliance.  With modules that can be deployed individually or as an integrated solution, the CoreStream Platform grows with the needs of each client and can be augmented with CoreStream’s bespoke development to solve the more unusual requirements that arise. The CoreStream Platform has been deployed across the BBC, NHS England, Great Western Railways, Morgan Sindall Group and First Utility to name a few.

Richard Eddolls Platform and Products Director

Richard Eddolls

Richard Eddolls is a Director at CoreStream with overall responsibility for the CoreStream Platform strategy, designing it to support largescale custom implementations as well as the growing set of CoreStream Products. Richard has been responsible for the CoreStream Platform since its inception in 2012. Richard firmly believes that whilst client requirements may be complex, the most sophisticated solutions are the simplest, and that we are truly adding value when we simplify something that is inherently complex. Richard is an ex Deloitte Consultant, and has gained more than 15 years’ experience working on large scale technology projects across multiple industries. Outside of work, Richard is a keen golfer, footballer, husband and father!

Matthew Eddolls Commercial Director

Matthew Eddolls

As Commercial Director, Matt is responsible for ensuring CoreStream’s ongoing development and growth, ensuring we retain financial stability and remain true to our core principle – quality first! Matt’s experience is based on 15 years of risk system implementations with Deloitte and Accenture. In 2004 he co-founded CoreStream, initially having a focus on helping institutions deliver large risk change programmes. In more recent years, having seen how easily technology programmes can result in overspend and without necessarily delivering the intended business benefit, Matt has overseen the change of CoreStream’s focus towards the delivery of its own risk and compliance software solutions. When not in the office or onsite with clients, Matt can be found trying to take the perfect photo, hurtling around a race track and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Gaining a reputation as an organisation that fails to meet its compliance obligations can destroy an organisation’s reputation and negatively impact customer relationships. Therefore it is not surprising that reputational risk continues to be one of the biggest drivers for effective regulatory compliance. Out of work, Sophie can be found spending time with her two daughters, catching up with friends, playing tennis and doing Pilates.
