First Apprentice Graduate at CoreStream

15 Aug

We are pleased to announce that Zoltan Erdei from our Configuration Team has recently completed his 18-month Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship Programme.  The apprenticeship focussed on a range of trainer-led remote courses, aligned with real life practical experience on the job.

Having successfully completed all the course work and assignments, and achieved an overall Merit, Zoltan commented:

“The apprentice programme was such a wonderful way of gaining a certification whilst working for a tech company at the same time. The apprenticeship programme enabled me to be employed from the first day of the training, whilst gaining valuable experience about the every day work of an IT professional and learning fundamental information about the Business Analyst world.

The programme helped me gain exposure to some of the big projects that CoreStream were delivering, including a 6-month project for the BBC which I was involved in from the project initiation workshop through to project signoff. It also gave me the means to write all necessary apprenticeship portfolio pieces based on the key duties identified by the British Computer Society (BCS).

Another bonus was the opportunity to closely collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, discussing the vision, objectives and strategies of the company, and how our client relationships benefit the growth of the company.

Thank you very much to CoreStream for the opportunity.  It was such a transformational journey for someone with a background in the hospitality industry to be given the opportunity to rise and excel in the tech industry.

It is now time for me to use the fundamental Business Analysis knowledge, tools and techniques learned during the course and match it with the practical experience gained working for CoreStream  over the past over 18 months to continue to deliver flawless solutions for our clients.”

We wish Zoltan every success in his future journey with CoreStream!
