We were able to implement and deliver a process mapping tool to the client within 2 weeks of contracting to help them respond to urgent regulatory requirements.

  • Dynamic process maps with ability to break down processes and link to sub-processes to keep the process maps simple and easy to navigate, while reflecting the true processes

Upon the success of the project, we are now in discussion with the client to implement additional modules to the integrated platform, including action tracking and audit management.
