The Challenge

The Solution

We worked with the client to digitalise their manual process and replace the manually intensive parts of the process with an automated approach to:

  • Alert Business Owners of the need to provide monthly updates on Programmes and Portfolios.
  • Submit alerts on headline ratings and more granular information around milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and achievements.
  • Maintain a full version history of performance updates and all constituent parts, including the ability to download previous reports.
  • Produce a consistent, professionally formatted and branded monthly report for each Programme and Portfolio in Word format, ready for submission to the Cabinet Office.
